De esta manera, nueve establecimientos representativos por su\u00a0<strong>historia y gastronom\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0participan de talleres para la implementaci\u00f3n del Sello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las\u00a0<strong>asistencias t\u00e9cnicas individuales a las organizaciones<\/strong>\u00a0para conocer el estado de situaci\u00f3n de cada lugar y elaborar propuestas acordes a los contenidos del Sello. De esta manera podr\u00e1n implementarlas y\u00a0<strong>conseguir la distinci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0correspondiente luego de la evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este\u00a0<strong>Sello CocinAR<\/strong>\u00a0fue dise\u00f1ado teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento de la\u00a0<strong>gastronom\u00eda identitaria como factor de atracci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica<\/strong>.
